A collection of raw, unposed stories captured from across India. This is how I see the world, from the quiet peace of dawn to the vibrant chaos of faith.

A young devotee embodying the spirit of goddess Kali during the Kulasai Dasara festival. This portrait, illuminated by the surrounding fires, captures the profound intersection of childhood innocence and ancient tradition in a single, powerful moment.

A portrait of a Ladakhi woman, her face a beautiful map of a life lived with resilience and grace. Shot in her village using only natural light, this image seeks to convey the quiet strength and deep-rooted culture of the Himalayan people.

A young worker gallops through a brick kiln in rural Bihar, kicking up a cloud of dust in the golden light. This environmental action shot tells a story of energy and perseverance, capturing the motion of daily life in a challenging landscape.

A woman offers her prayers during the Chhath Puja festival in Delhi. The warm glow from the diyas illuminates her face, highlighting a moment of deep, personal faith amidst the communal celebration.

A black and white portrait of a performer preparing for a traditional ceremony. By stripping away color, the focus shifts entirely to the intense emotion in his eyes and the intricate details of his makeup, offering a direct glimpse into his spiritual state.

Two figures stand by the Yamuna ghat in the early morning fog, finding a moment of peace. This photograph is about atmosphere and stillness, using the soft, diffused light and minimalist composition to tell a quiet story of contemplation.

In a rural village, an older sister holds her sibling, her bright smile a stark contrast to the earthy tones of her surroundings. This is a simple, honest portrait of human connection, joy, and the responsibilities of childhood.

An Aghori sadhu during the Masaan Holi rituals in Banaras, a festival that confronts life and death. This image captures the raw, untamed energy of the ceremony against the backdrop of the holy Ganges river.

About Featured

I do not believe in studio lights or forced poses. When we work together, I come to your space—home, office, or a location that holds meaning—and use only natural light to capture who you really are. It is just you, me, and the environment we are in, creating a document of your reality rather than a staged product.

My approach is built on patience and observation. I am not there to direct a scene but to witness it. Whether I am shooting a day-in-the-life feature or a cultural portrait session, my goal is to strip away the artifice.

I typically spend 3 to 4 hours on location for an environmental portrait session, working with the light as it shifts. You will receive 25 to 30 high-resolution images, with a significant portion processed in a dramatic black and white style that I find brings out the raw emotion of a moment.

For longer, full-day documentary coverage, I can include aerial drone perspectives to give a wider context to your story, provided the location permits it. These sessions are perfect if you want a photo essay of your craft, your family, or your environment. Everything is delivered via a cloud link within 5 to 7 days, fully edited and color-graded to match the mood we captured on site. Sab moh maya hai, but these frames hold the truth.

I am a wanderer with a lens. I don't stage moments; I collect them. Whether it’s a quiet morning on the Yamuna or the rush of a festival, I am here to document the truth of what I see.
