Standard Religious Puja Setup
Stage & Backdrop
- Dimensions: 10ft wide x 8ft high structure suitable for indoor halls or terraces.
- Floral: Vertical latkans of Orange/Yellow Marigold strings interspersed with Tuberose tips.
- Fabric: Pleated satin or poly-georgette background masking in Cream, Beige, Red, or Yellow.
- Flooring: Red or green carpet covering approx 100 sq ft.
Ritual Seating & Props
- Seating: 2 to 4 low-height wooden Bajots or Patlas.
- Brassware: 2 standing Samai oil lamps and 4 decorative brass Matkas with leaves.
Entrance & Signage
- Signage: Easel stand with A1 size printed foam board for event details.
- Door Decor: 5 to 7 ft Marigold and Mango leaf Toran for the main door.

20ft Thematic Stage
- Backdrop: High-resolution printed flex on wooden frames (Themes: Pichwai, Vrundavan, or Temple architecture).
- Props: 2D/3D painted Thermocol or MDF cutouts (e.g., Cows, Krishna silhouettes) with glitter finish.
- Florals: Mix of real marigolds for auspiciousness and artificial vines for volume.
- Furniture: 1 VIP 2-seater sofa (Leatherette/Velvet) plus 2 side chairs.
- Flooring: Artificial green grass turf for the stage platform.
Entrance & Walkway
- Arch: 8ft x 10ft themed structure using natural banana trees or fabric with floral bunches.

Milestones & Rituals We Decorate
- Baby showers get our Vrundavan theme, soft pink-white florals, and Radha-Krishna backdrops for a peaceful feel.
- For thread ceremonies, we offer both classic Ram-themed setups with genda phool and religious symbols, or a modern thread ceremony decor in pink and white.
- Pre-wedding rituals like Lagan Lakhwanu, Mandap Mahurat, and Mamera ceremonies get our signature Pichwai art wedding setup, with Shreenathji motifs and lots of brass props.
- Floral baby shower themes and royal scroll setups are some of our favourites, especially with Mogra, Rajnigandha, and custom decor.
Big Community Events
- Navratri and Garba event styling is where we go all out - think vibrant colors, traditional motifs, and even full Vrindavan-inspired looks for Raas Garba.
- For Durga Puja, Kali Puja, and Bhagwat Sapta, we design pandals with bold red-gold, Thai temple vibes, or pastel serenity depending on the community’s taste.

We’re Forum Decorators, Mumbai folks who live for the ‘wow’ in weddings, yaar. Sometimes it’s pastel mandap decor, sometimes it’s full Bollywood dhamaka (crazy party).
