Structured Tennis Training & Tactical Development
Stop measuring success by hours on the court. Get an ATP-certified roadmap that bridges the gap between your current game and true competitive performance.
Choosing an academy based on convenience or emotional attachment is a mistake. I invite you to try our professional, structured program at Thirty40, which includes mobility, warm ups, conditioning, tennis, fitness, and recovery. See how pro players really train.
Parents often ask two wrong questions: how many hours will my child play, and who are the other players? I explain why quality of training is more important than quantity, and why your focus should be on your own improvement, not just your practice partner.
Here's a snippet from my GPTCA Certification talk on ATP/WTA level tactics. Understanding that your backhand is naturally weaker than your forehand and learning to build your game around your strengths is key to tactical development.
Here I am, addressing a group of players and coaches on the court. My approach is hands on and direct. I believe in creating an environment where players are challenged to think and grow.
Congratulations to our star player Lakshay Dahiya for his consistent wins. This is what happens when you trust the process. We are incredibly proud of his progress and hard work.

Leading a group of players through a drill. Every session is an opportunity to teach, motivate, and push them beyond their limits. Preparation is everything.
Receiving my GPTCA "A" level certification. This isn't just a piece of paper, it represents a commitment to the highest standards of coaching, knowledge I pass on to every player I work with.
A coach is more than just a coach. We are mentors, guides, and sometimes, the person a parent is praying for to help their child. I take this responsibility very seriously. Here I am in a one on one session with a player.
This is what it looks like when you don't have a clear career path. You're just going through the motions. My mission is to provide that clarity and direction, from training in India to scholarships abroad.
About On-Court Action: Training & Player Development
Most academies focus on how many hours you play. Here, we focus on what you actually do in those hours. If your training doesn't include specific mobility, recovery, and tactical work, you aren't training for pro levels—you're just playing for fun. We shift the focus from chasing AITA points to building a foundation that makes you match-ready at any level.
Training Beyond the Basics
If you ask me 'result kab aayega?' (when will the result come?), you're asking the wrong question. Results are a byproduct of a solid process. In our sessions at Thirty40, we don't just rally; we break your game down.
What a Pro Session Actually Looks Like:
- Mobility & Warm-up: Preparing the body to prevent injury, not just sweating it out.
- Tactical Drills: Understanding the 'why' behind every shot. Whether it is building your game around your strengths or hiding a weaker backhand, we play with purpose.
- Physical Conditioning: Tennis is a contact sport without the contact. You need explosive speed, not just endurance.
- Technical Review: Video analysis of your strokes to ensure you are efficient, not just powerful.
Why Most Players Stall
Many players burn out because they treat tennis as a hobby, not a career path. They play without a plan, ignore their nutrition, or choose an academy based on how close it is to home. Professional growth requires a 3-month or 6-month plan, not a daily routine of aimless hitting.
Whether you are aiming for US College Tennis, European circuits, or dominating the Indian circuit, my goal is to make sure your training matches your ambition. We don't just coach you; we provide the roadmap. If you are serious about becoming a student-athlete or a professional, we need to stop the trial-and-error approach and start training like you mean it.
