Real Stories from Our Food Affaire Family
Food is about connection. See why students, travelers, and local families trust my kitchen for their daily cravings and long journeys.
A happy client shares her feedback on our food services. She trusts our homemade food for her travels and is taking our goodies with her to college. This is why I do what I do.
About Our Happy Customers
Knowing that my food travels across the country with my clients is the best compliment I could ask for. Whether it is packing vacuum-sealed theplas for a student moving to a new city for B-school or preparing a special batch of Sangri ki sabzi for a trek, I ensure every pack is made with the same love I would give my own family.
At Food Affaire, I do not believe in mass production. Everything you see here—from the feedback on our vacuum-sealed theplas to our festive hampers—comes from my kitchen in South Extension.
Why clients choose us for travel and daily snacks
Many of my clients are students or professionals moving away from home. They need food that lasts, tastes like home, and does not compromise on health. My travel snacks, particularly the vacuum-sealed theplas, are a staple because they survive long hauls without needing preservatives.
Quality you can taste
I stick to basics that many skip today. You will never find palm oil, maida, or hidden preservatives in my jars. I use only pure desi ghee and cold-pressed oils. When you read reviews about my snacks, you will notice people mentioning the crunch of my Chaska Papdi or the authentic taste of my Mathri. This comes from small-batch cooking, ensuring that what you receive is fresh, not factory-stored for months.
Catering to your needs
Whether you need Jain food, gluten-free options, or a simple box of besan ladoos for a festival, I handle requests personally. If you are in Delhi NCR and looking for a reliable home-cooked alternative to packaged store snacks, I am here to help. Reach out if you have specific dietary needs or need a bulk order for an upcoming event.
Food Affaire
I run Food Affaire from South Extension, keeping the kitchen traditions of my mother alive. I believe in simple, saatvik food that tastes like home, free from any shortcuts or palm oil.
