About this collection
We do not believe in mass production. Whether it is our signature matar kachori, freshly fried gulab jamun, or a simple daily tiffin, every single dabba that leaves our Sector 48 kitchen is prepared with the same care we would use for our own family.
For us, cooking is a way to stay connected to our roots in Purani Dilli’s Parathe Wali Gali. It is a simple promise: 'Meals at home, Made at home.' We are grateful that our food has resonated with so many, from students in Noida looking for a taste of home, to familiar faces like Rajat Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranvir Shorey who stopped by to enjoy our traditional recipes.
When we started seven years ago, our goal was simple: to bring authentic, preservative-free food to those who miss home-style daal makhani or a proper festival treat. We stick to pure desi ghee, fresh spices, and small batches. It means sometimes the puris might be a different shape or the sweets have a unique crack, but that is the charm of handmade food. We are here to make your daily meals and special occasions feel less like a transaction and more like a shared experience. Hi, we are Shuchi and Abhishek. We turned our family recipes into Kitchen Tales because we missed the taste of ghar ka khaana ourselves. We cook fresh daily, keeping things simple, pure, and full of heart.
