This is how our morning batch gets going. We believe cardio shouldn't be a chore, so we turn up the music and get everyone moving together in our high-energy Zumba and dance sessions. Poori energy ke saath!

It's abs session day, and the focus is intense. Here you can see our members working on their core strength with floor exercises while a trainer provides guidance. We make sure your form is right to get the best results.

We mix things up to keep your body guessing. This client starts with a run on the treadmill for her cardio endurance and then moves to weighted squats to build strength. This is a great example of our HIIT cardio approach for serious fat loss.

For days when you just want to plug in your headphones and run, we've got you covered. Our cardio section is equipped with plenty of modern treadmills and stationary bikes, so you never have to wait to start your workout.
