We dedicate the final ten minutes of every class to a guided cool-down that helps reset your heart rate and flush out muscle soreness. This isn't just about flexibility; it is our way of making sure you can walk comfortably to work the next morning, feeling strong instead of stiff.
As a clinical dietitian, I have spent 11 years watching people quit their fitness journey not because they lacked motivation, but because they ignored recovery.
