Advanced Protection and Scenario Dog Training
I build confident, reliable canine protectors who act with precision, not mindless aggression. This is advanced work for owners ready to provide the structure their dog needs to lead.
This is the beginning of scenario training with my young Cane Corso, Dre. He is learning to confront a potential threat at the end of a dark, narrow space. This builds courage and teaches the dog to handle pressure.
My dog Ice learning the "art of war." This is a controlled sleeve work session where he learns to engage a threat confidently. The decoy is also learning how to properly take the bite and apply pressure, making it a learning experience for everyone.
Confidence is built, not forced. Here, I am helping Ice engage with the sleeve in a new environment. I always ensure the dog succeeds and feels good about his work, which helps him shine and builds his courage for personal protection scenarios.
About Advanced Protection: Sleeve, Suit, and Scenario Training
Protection work is not about creating a weapon, it is about building a partner who can handle pressure. Whether we are in a narrow hallway or an open field, my goal is to teach your dog to assess the environment rather than just react to noise or movement. You need to be prepared to learn as much as your dog during this process, because the most important tool in protection work is the communication established through the leash.
Many owners confuse protection with aggression. Real protection is controlled, calculated, and deeply obedient. My sleeve and suit work in Bangalore's diverse environments—from simulated dark rooms to slippery floors—is designed to pressure-test your dog’s nerves. We start with foundational grip work, building a full, calm mouth bite on training pillows, before moving to civil agitation where the dog learns to engage a human shape.
The 'off switch' is non-negotiable. A dog that cannot stop on command is a liability, not a guardian. We focus heavily on tactical obedience, ensuring that even in high-arousal scenarios, your dog responds to your voice instantly. This isn't a quick fix or a weekend course. It is a 6 to 8 week commitment where I teach you to manage that intensity. I work with breeds like Cane Corsos and German Shepherds, but the breed matters less than the owner's willingness to commit. If you are looking for a dog that barks at the wind, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a stable guardian that stands by you, we can talk.
