About this collection

Here is the reality check: you won’t just be working out, you’ll be sharing your progress. Every participant is required to post photos of their home-cooked meals and workout check-ins to our private WhatsApp group. That level of daily accountability is the only way to kill the 'I'll start tomorrow' habit once and for all.

How Our 21-Day Challenge Actually Works

We don't believe in overnight miracles or starving yourself. This challenge is about one thing: building a rhythm you can actually maintain long after the 21 days are over.

The Three Pillars of Your Transformation:

  • Live Workouts: You get 40-50 minute sessions of dance fitness, Zumba, and bodyweight strength training. No fancy gym gear required; we use your home space and minimal equipment.
  • Home-Cooked Nutrition: We focus on portion control, not elimination. Dal, rice, roti, and sabzi are not the enemy. You will learn how to balance your Indian meals without needing expensive supplements, fat burners, or protein powders.
  • Daily Accountability: This is where most people fail on their own. In our private group, you’ll share your meals and workout proof. It keeps you honest and ensures you don't ghost your own fitness goals.

It takes about three weeks to reset your relationship with your body. By the end of this challenge, you won't just see the scale move; you’ll have corrected your posture, improved your sleep hygiene, and learned how to handle stress without reaching for comfort food.
