Residential Villa & Bungalow Design
Conceptualization & Visualization
- Site Evaluation: Inspection of plot dimensions, orientation, and surroundings to determine feasibility.
- Space Planning: Vaastu-compliant floor plans designed to optimize carpet area and ventilation.
- 3D Exterior Design: High-resolution 3D renders of the front facade (elevation) showcasing the building style.
Technical Documentation
- Structural Design: Detailed drawings for foundation details, column placement, beams, and slab reinforcement (Foundation to Terrace).
- Working Drawings (GFC): Comprehensive Good for Construction drawings including centerline plans, brickwork layout, and door/window schedules.
- MEP Layouts: Schematic layouts for Electrical switchboard positions and Plumbing piping routes.
Supervision
- Site Visits: 6 to 8 scheduled architect visits at key milestones like Plinth, Slab Casting, and Finishing.
End-to-End Turnkey Construction
Architecture & Management
- Design Services: Includes all items from the Villa Design package (Concepts, 3D, Structural).
- Project Management: Full-time site supervision, material procurement, and vendor management.
Civil Construction (Grey Structure)
- Foundation & RCC: Earthwork, anti-termite treatment, and RCC frame structure (M20/M25 grade concrete) using Fe500 steel.
- Masonry & Plaster: 6-inch external and 4-inch internal brick/block work; double coat sand-faced external plaster and gypsum internal finish.
- Waterproofing: Brick bat coba waterproofing for terrace and sunken slabs.
Finishing Specifications
- Flooring: Large format double-charged vitrified tiles in living areas and bedrooms.
- Fenestration: Powder-coated aluminum sliding windows with mosquito nets and granite sills.
- MEP: Concealed CPVC/UPVC piping (Astral/Ashirvad) and branded copper wiring (Polycab/Finolex) with modular switches.
- Painting: Exterior weather-proof paint and interior tractor/plastic emulsion.

What I Do
I take homes from the first idea right through to the finished building. If you want a custom home or need someone to design a whole apartment block, I get involved in every stage. I’ve done everything from independent bungalows like Nida Villa in Gulbarga, to big towers like Vaishnavi Corner with 95 flats, and even planned communities like Mahavir Nagar in Rajasthan with 126 homes.

- I start by listening to what you want, then show you detailed 3D architectural visualization so you know what you’re getting.
- Whether it’s a modern apartment architecture or a classic bungalow, I put together efficient layouts and facades that fit your style.
