About Our Signature Biryanis & Main Courses
When you order our 'By the Kilo' biryani, keep the math simple: one kilo of raw rice yields about 3.5kg to 4kg of cooked goodness, enough to feed 8 people comfortably. We pack it in spill-proof buckets to ensure it reaches your home steaming hot, just like it comes out of our dum pot in the kitchen.
Our dum biryani isn't just a recipe; it is a process we have refined since 1992. We do not rush the layers. The rice is aromatic, the masala is deep, and the bone-in chicken pieces stay juicy because they cook slowly in the sealed pot. That distinct Mumbai-style touch, including the soft potatoes in the masala, is what we are known for.
