About Boxing & Kickboxing Fitness
Most cardio boxing classes are just jumping around with no technique. Here, we actually teach you how to throw a punch, move your feet, and protect yourself. You will learn proper stance, how to generate power from your core, and how to execute combinations safely on the heavy bags. If you want a session that sharpens your coordination while you burn serious calories, this is what we do.
Not Your Average Cardio Class
We don't believe in random movements. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete, our boxing and kickboxing sessions at the Kundapura academy are structured to build real skills. We focus on the fundamentals: proper stance, distance management, and crisp punch execution.
What Happens in a Session
- Technical Drills: You will learn the six basic punches, footwork, and how to slip and block. We use pad work to refine your reaction time and accuracy.
- Heavy Bag Work: This is where you build endurance and power. You will work on rhythm and volume under the guidance of our instructors.
- Functional Conditioning: We finish with circuits that include bodyweight exercises like burpees and core drills. It is a full-body workout that leaves you stronger.
