This is how I turn a completely empty space into a royal palace. This video shows the transformation for a grand wedding reception, complete with a magnificent facade, intricate lighting, and seating for thousands of guests.
I designed this spectacular 'Laal Ishq' themed wedding ceremony to feel both grand and intimate. The deep red draping, custom gold chandeliers, and a stage filled with flowers created a truly royal ambiance for the Vidhi.
A Sangeet night should be nothing short of a show. I bring the concert experience with high-energy production, including dramatic couple entries in a vintage car surrounded by cold pyrotechnics, massive LED screens, and professional stage lighting.
For this Haldi, we went with a funky and magical theme. The vibrant yellow and pink decor, complete with playful flamingo props and unique floral arrangements, created a fun and unforgettable atmosphere for the celebration.
This elegant reception design featured a stunning mirror setup that reflected the soft lighting and floral arrangements beautifully. The custom-printed flooring and modern furniture created a chic and sophisticated environment for the evening.
I crafted this royal Vidhi Mandap to resemble a traditional temple, complete with ornate golden pillars and a canopy of fresh flowers. It’s designed to be the sacred and stunning centerpiece of your wedding ceremony.
A beautiful South Indian themed Haldi ceremony set in a lush green lawn. The decor features a traditional mandap with heavy floral work, hanging jasmine garlands, and classic banana leaf accents for an authentic and elegant feel.
The guest's journey begins at the entrance. I designed this breathtaking arched tunnel, illuminated with grand chandeliers and purple mood lighting, to make everyone feel like they were entering a royal celebration.

Our approach is about infrastructure first, meaning we handle the lighting rigs, LED walls, and stage engineering in-house. This ensures that the aesthetic elements like floral chandeliers and fiber facades sit on a rock-solid foundation, giving you a safe and massive layout regardless of the venue's initial condition.
Wedding Production Beyond Decoration
When we take on a project, we look at the venue as a blank canvas that needs a structural backbone before the aesthetics can shine. Whether you are hosting 800 guests or 8,000, our team in Karad handles the complete civil and electrical footprint. This means you do not need to coordinate with multiple vendors for tenting, staging, and lighting.
Our Production Capabilities
- Infrastructure & Staging: We utilize German Hanger structures to create indoor-quality environments in open-air settings. This allows us to mount heavy lighting rigs, line arrays, and grand floral installations safely.
- Sangeet & Tech: Our Sangeet setups are engineered for impact. We provide P4 LED video walls and box trussing to create a concert-like atmosphere. The goal is to bring the energy of a music festival to your dance floor, complete with cold pyro entries.
- Ceremonial Focus: While we handle the scale, we prioritize the rituals. Our Vidhi Mandaps are designed with temple-inspired architecture, using volume flowers and fabric draping to create a sacred center for the ceremony.
Where We Work
Based out of Karad, we are a mobile production house. We regularly execute large-scale setups in Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur, Pune, and across the state. Because we bring our own team and equipment, we maintain consistent quality whether the venue is a premium resort or a private farmland.
If you have a challenging, wide-open space, we are the team to call. We prefer to visit your venue at least two months in advance to map out the power requirements and structural layout, ensuring your wedding day runs without a hitch.
