We bring traditions from across India and the globe to your table. Whether you need a traditional South Indian spread or a classic Kashmiri feast, we ensure the flavors stay true to their roots.

Bringing the authentic Udipi experience to your home. For this South Indian themed house party, I created a beautiful tablescape with jasmine flowers and served a traditional meal on banana leaves.

A glimpse into a special 'Wazwan' meal I catered. This multi-course Kashmiri feast was prepared by a special Waza flown in from the valley, ensuring authentic flavours in every dish.

A flavourful Bengali dinner for an intimate gathering. The menu featured classic dishes from Bengal, offering a unique and authentic culinary experience for the guests.

An 'Upanayanam' or sacred thread ceremony, for which I catered a complete South Indian feast. The plate shows a variety of dishes like vada, lemon rice, and poriyal, served traditionally.

For South Indian themes, we use fresh banana leaves and traditional cooking methods to ensure the taste matches what you would find in an authentic household.
