I do not follow fixed, pre-set menus. Whether you are craving the authentic tang of Dilli-6 chaat served in elegant glassware or a sophisticated European grazing table for a cocktail evening, I design the menu specifically for your venue and crowd. My team handles the live counters so you can spend time with your guests while we manage the heat and the service flow.
It is not just about serving Indian and Continental food; it is about finding the right balance. I often see clients struggling to choose between traditional North Indian dishes and trendy international options. I specialize in bridging this gap. We can serve your guests a spread that includes nostalgic favourites like melt-in-the-mouth Galouti kebabs alongside live Mongolian stir-fry or wood-fired pizzas.
My live stations, such as the Parmesan pasta wheel or the dim sum bar, are designed to keep guests engaged throughout the evening. It transforms a standard dinner into an interactive event. A large part of my work involves high-end vegetarian catering. If you are planning a Marwari or Bania wedding where the menu must be strictly vegetarian, I ensure the variety and richness are never compromised.
We handle the setup from start to finish. This includes the tableware, service staff, and presentation style.
