Intimate Pre-Wedding Decor Package
Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: Standard 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft setup.
- Design: Choice of traditional marigold (Genda) string curtain with mango leaves OR a themed printed flex backdrop (e.g., Carnival/Pichwai prints) on a wooden frame.
- Draping: Basic satin or georgette fabric swags in Yellow, Orange, or Pink.
Traditional Props & Furniture
- Centerpiece: 2 Large Brass Urlis with water and floating flower petals.
- Lighting: 2 Traditional Brass Samai (Oil Lamps), approx. 3-4 ft height (Oil/Wicks provided by client).
- Seating: 1 Decorated wooden swing (Jhula) or a low-seating Diwan with bolsters.
Floral & Detailing
- Composition: 70% Real flowers (Marigolds, Chrysanthemums) and 30% Artificial fillers for volume.
- Flooring: Standard red carpet or localized petal rangoli near the seating area.
Logistics
- Service: Includes transport within city limits, setup, and breakdown by a team of 3-4 staff.
Traditional South Indian Mandap Package
Mandap Configuration
- Structure: 10x10 ft or 12x12 ft traditional 4-pillar structure.
- Material: Carved fiber/POP pillars with dark wood or gold finish (antique wood look).
- Ceiling: Mesh/grid ceiling adorned with hanging jasmine (Mallige) or tuberose strings and bells.
Stage & Backdrop
- Width: Coverage for a standard 20-24 ft wide stage.
- Design: Layered fabric draping in silk textures or a marigold string wall with a central focal point (Brass idol or signage).
- Flora: 4 Real Banana trees tied to pillars and hanging real Lotus buds.
Entrance & Aisle
- Welcome Gate: Floral arch at the venue entrance using mixed seasonal flowers (Asters, Roses, Marigolds).
- Walkway: 6-8 Brass pedestals or small brass pots lining the aisle, topped with floral balls.
- Signage: Personalized easel board with floral border.
Furniture & Lighting
- Seating: 2 Traditional high-back Chairs or a carved wooden sofa.
- Rituals: Low wooden stools (Manai) and carpet for the Homa area.
- Lighting: Halogen wash lights for stage and focus lights for the backdrop.

Furniture & Photobooth
- Seating: Premium Velvet Scalloped Sofa (pastel pink or beige) or modern Loveseat.

- Rig: Truss bar with 8-10 LED PAR cans for color washing and 2 "Sharpy" moving heads.

Honestly, sometimes things get hectic, especially with last-minute changes, but I always do my best to bring your vision alive.
Traditional Touches & Heritage Vibes
I really love working with South Indian wedding mandap decor. If you want that classic look, expect lots of marigolds, rajnigandha, jasmine gajra, and banana leaves. Brass wedding props like samai lamps and urlis, plus carved wood pillars and Rangoli, set the mood for a proper Sati Kalyana ceremony. Sometimes sourcing authentic props takes time, but I feel it’s totally worth it for the vibe.
Modern & Pastel Dream Celebrations
If you’re into a pastel theme wedding decoration, I do setups with blush pink, mint green, and lavender. Gold accents, plush seating, roses and carnations - all come together for a romantic, chic feel. I enjoy experimenting with custom backdrops and arches, but I’m honest - some modern elements need extra planning to get right.
Fun, Themed, and Personal
For Mehandi or Haldi, I love going all out with bright drapes and festive seating. Want something more minimalist? I use cane furniture and simple brass props for smaller, intimate gatherings. Your celebration should feel like you, not just another Pinterest board.
