Signature Eggless Cheesecakes in Vile Parle

My cheesecakes are 100% vegetarian and come in two styles: the rich, baked version with a perfect crust, and the creamy no-bake option. If you are visiting my Malviya Road stall, you can usually grab a slice, but for whole cakes, it is best to order a day in advance so I can ensure it is set perfectly for you.

I started my baking journey in 2020, and these cheesecakes have quickly become a staple for my regular customers in Vile Parle.

Baked vs. No-Bake

• Baked Cheesecakes: These are dense and rich. I bake them slowly to get that perfect, slightly firm texture that pairs so well with a crunchy biscuit base. If you love a classic, heavy cheesecake, this is the one.
• No-Bake Cheesecakes: These are lighter and incredibly creamy. They are perfect when you want a dessert that feels refreshing, especially when topped with my house-made blueberry compote.

Popular Flavors

Nutella is definitely a crowd favorite, especially on the baked style. If you want something fruity, the blueberry version is a consistent bestseller.

How to Get Yours

• Stall: Catch me at my Malviya Road stall every Friday through Sunday evening. I usually have slices available, but they go fast.
• Custom Orders: For birthdays or parties, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. Since everything is homemade and eggless, I need that time to prepare everything fresh.

I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, or you can pick up your order directly from my home kitchen in Vile Parle East.
