I design living areas that blend comfort with sophisticated architecture. From custom media walls to seamless dining nooks, here is how we make your space functional and beautiful.

This video tour highlights a cohesive open-plan living and dining area. The design connects distinct zones through a consistent color palette, including a comfortable lounge, a dedicated dining nook with plaid chairs, and a stylish breakfast bar.

An entryway sets the tone for the entire home. Here, I used vertical wood fluting and a statement wall clock to create a warm welcome, leading into a living space defined by its clean lines and sophisticated ceiling rafters.

This view shows the main entrance and TV unit from our Pote Residence project. The design emphasizes clean lines, with a floating console and subtle rose gold inlays that add a touch of understated luxury.

A full view of the living room, showcasing the interplay of textures and forms. The deep maroon armchairs add a pop of color against the neutral travertine wall, while the slatted wood ceiling adds warmth and architectural interest.

Detail is key to creating a high-end feel. This custom TV unit features a lit display niche for personal artifacts, seamlessly integrated into a larger travertine-clad wall panel for a polished, monolithic look.

This perspective highlights the fluted wall panel and oversized clock, design elements that add texture and character. The layout provides a clear view of the custom TV unit and display shelves in the background.

I create cozy corners for relaxation and conversation. This lounge area features plush velvet armchairs, a compact bar counter, and warm ambient lighting, making it the perfect spot for an evening drink.

About Living & Dining Spaces

The biggest challenge in open-plan homes is maintaining a sense of flow between the living and dining areas without losing functionality. I address this by using ceiling rafters and consistent material palettes to anchor different zones, ensuring your dining nook feels like a natural extension of the lounge rather than an afterthought.
