Quarterly Standard Program (24 Sessions)

- Duration: 60 minutes of active coaching per session.
- Batch Ratio: Maximum 12 students per group (1:12 coach ratio).
Sports Curriculum
- Primary Sports: Rotation involves Basketball, Football, Cricket, Hockey, and Tennis.
- Secondary Sports: Includes Baseball, Handball, Volleyball, Rugby, and Dodgeball.
- Level: Introductory skills focused on mechanics (hitting off a tee, dribbling soft balls).
Venue & Safety
- Location: Indoor air-conditioned studios (Fitbee Studio or Rasika Ranjani Sabha).
- Flooring: Non-slip surfaces suitable for toddlers and young children.
- Equipment: Junior-grade safety gear including foam balls, plastic bats, and lightweight hoops.

Training Focus
- Curriculum: Access to the 10-sport module with a slower progression pace.
- Drills: Focus on fundamental hand-eye coordination (rolling, stopping, catching).
- Environment: Mixed-gender group play emphasizing instruction following and turn-taking.
Facility & Gear
- Venue: Indoor, climate-controlled studios in Ghatkopar East.
- Safety: Exclusive use of soft-impact sports gear (foam based) designed for ages 3-9.
One-Time Registration & Uniform Kit
Welcome Kit
- Uniform: Includes 1 set of Enjoy-a-Ball branded team wear (Jersey/T-shirt).
- Design: Standard brand colors (Yellow & Blue) used for class uniformity.
- Material: Child-friendly synthetic fabric suitable for active play and frequent washing.
Administrative Setup
- Enrollment: Creation of the student profile in the term database.
- Slot Reservation: Secures a spot in specific batches capped at 12 students.
- Validity: One-time payment applicable for the lifetime of the student's enrollment.

I get a kick out of seeing kids laugh and run around, not worrying about winning or losing. My aim is simple - help your child fall in love with being active, so they stay healthy and happy for life.
What Happens in Our Classes
Sometimes people ask, "ye dance class hai?" (Is this a dance class?). Nah, yeh toh pura sports ka maza hai! (No, this is all about the fun of sports!) I focus on physical literacy for children, which is just a fancy way of saying I help kids learn to move, play, and feel confident. No pressure to be a superstar - just learning to run, jump, throw, and catch with a smile.
Try All the Sports
Why stick to one? Kids get to try 10 ball sports - football, basketball, cricket, tennis, hockey, baseball, volleyball, handball, touch rugby, and dodgeball. They figure out what they like, and I see them grow every week.
Skills That Stick
On the field, we work on ball sport skills for kids - throwing, catching, kicking, dribbling, agility, and balance. Off the field, it's all about confidence building through sports, teamwork, and resilience. Kids learn to try new things, play together, and keep going even when things get tough.
Growing With Your Child
Our age-based sports coaching covers ages 3-9, with different stages for each group. Little ones start with basics, older kids get into team games and more complex skills. Small class sizes mean every child gets attention, and safety is always top of mind.

My Story
Hey there, we’re Enjoy-a-Ball Ghatkopar. Our day starts with kids’ laughter and ends with those big smiles. Five years back, we brought this UK sports program here, and honestly, it’s more than just teaching football or cricket. We see shy kids stepping up, friendships forming, and screen time getting ditched for playtime. Our little tribe of confident, active kiddos is what makes us proud. That’s what keeps us coming back every day.
My Work
Multi-sports classes & Physi-Ball parent-toddler program - We run classes for kids 3-9, plus a parent-toddler sports program. It’s all about movement and fun.
Holiday camps & sports-themed birthday parties - We host holiday sports camps and organize sports-themed birthday parties in Ghatkopar. Loads of games, loads of energy.
Building life skills through sports - Kids learn teamwork, courage, and confidence while playing. We use creative games and small class sizes.
Wide range of ball sports - Kids try out 10 ball sports - football, cricket, basketball, tennis, hockey, rugby and more. Something for everyone.
