We teach 3-to-5-year-olds the basics of 10 different ball sports in our indoor, air-conditioned studios in Ghatkopar. No pressure, just play.

Here’s a sneak peek into our nursery batch. We use fun equipment like hula hoops and large bouncy balls to introduce basic ball skills and improve balance. The goal is to get kids comfortable and happy in a class environment while they play.

Good vibes only in our nursery batch. These short clips show how we use simple, targeted activities to improve hand-eye coordination and focus. Every child gets to play and learn at their own pace, ensuring they build confidence from their very first class.

From walking on bucket stilts to bouncing on animal hoppers, we find so many fun ways to build core strength and balance. This video shows some of the happy, smiley faces from my nursery and junior kindergarten batches as they explore different movement activities.

Even our youngest junior kindergarten kids are mastering ball skills. In this session, you can see them practicing carrying balls, working together, and even doing some fun warm-up exercises. Exposing children to sports at an early age helps build their self-esteem and social skills.

There's nothing better than seeing friendships blossom in class. We celebrate teamwork and positive social interactions every day. These moments of shared laughter and play are just as important as any skill we learn on the field.

About Fun & Fundamentals (Ages 3-5)

Most parents worry about their little ones being overwhelmed by structured coaching, but our sessions are designed to move at a toddler's pace. We do not focus on perfect technique or winning games. Instead, we use foam balls, bean bags, and colorful hoops to ensure every child learns to throw, catch, and kick with a genuine smile.

Building Physical Literacy

We believe that physical literacy is a fundamental skill for every child. In our Fun & Fundamentals classes, we move away from traditional competitive sports structures. Instead, we break down complex movements into simple, achievable actions. Whether it is learning how to hold a hockey stick or understanding how to dribble a small ball, we keep the focus on movement mechanics that build core strength and agility.

The '10-Sport' Advantage

Why stick to one sport? At this age, the goal is exposure. Kids get to try a variety of ball sports including football, cricket, basketball, tennis, hockey, and more. This variety ensures that children develop a wide range of hand-eye coordination skills—rolling, stopping, and catching—rather than getting bored with a single repetitive drill.

Why Parents Choose Us

  • Safe Environments: Our classes are held in indoor, air-conditioned studios like The FitBee and Rasika Ranjani Sabha in Ghatkopar East, featuring non-slip flooring perfect for active toddlers.
  • Small Batch Sizes: We cap our groups at 12 students, ensuring your child gets individual attention from our coaches rather than getting lost in a large crowd.
  • Confidence Building: We celebrate every effort. You will see shy kids stepping up and making friends, which is often a bigger win than learning the sport itself.

What to Expect

Each 60-minute session is a mix of play and guided activity. We start with warm-ups to get the energy out, move into specific ball skills using our kid-friendly equipment, and finish with a group activity that emphasizes teamwork. No experience is needed—we welcome beginners who are just starting their journey.
