Fun & Fundamentals (Ages 3-5)

My classes for the little ones are all about building a love for movement. We focus on foundational skills like running, jumping, throwing, and catching through playful games and activities in a safe, encouraging environment.

Developing Skills (Ages 6-9)

For older kids, we start introducing the specific techniques and rules of 10 different ball sports. Classes focus on improving coordination, balance, and agility while learning teamwork through more structured games and drills.

Why stick to one sport when you can try ten? I introduce kids to the fun of football, basketball, cricket, tennis, hockey, baseball, volleyball, handball, touch rugby, and dodgeball, helping them discover what they enjoy most.

More Than Sports: Building Life Skills

On the field, we learn more than just how to play. I focus on building confidence, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, and developing life skills like leadership, responsibility, and the courage to try new things.
