About Action & Drills
These aren't high-pressure training sessions. Because we work in small groups with a 12:1 student-to-coach ratio, every child gets hands-on guidance for every drill. If you see them balancing on a beam or dribbling a soft ball, it is not just for show—it is a carefully structured exercise designed to build motor skills at their specific age level without the stress of competition.
How We Build Fundamental Skills
At Enjoy-a-Ball, we focus on the ABCs of physical literacy: Agility, Balance, and Coordination. When you see our campers working through drills, you are watching them develop the foundations that make them active for life. Whether it is a 3-year-old toddler learning to hold a tennis racket or a 9-year-old practicing a hockey stance, we focus on the movement, not the rules.
Why 10 Sports?
We rotate through 10 different ball sports, including football, cricket, rugby, and basketball. By introducing variety, we keep kids engaged and allow them to discover what they enjoy most. We use junior-sized, colorful equipment that is safe for little hands, ensuring they feel confident, not intimidated.
The Details That Matter
- Age-Based Segregation: We keep our 3-5 year olds separate from our 6-9 year olds. This ensures the drills are appropriately challenging for their specific developmental stage.
- Safe Environments: Our sessions are held in controlled, indoor air-conditioned studios or safe turfs in Ghatkopar, so the weather never stops the play.
- Beyond Sports: We integrate art, storytelling, and non-fire cooking into our camp mixes to ensure kids stay energized without getting bored by repetitive tasks.
