Welcome to the Active Hour. This is where we turn strength, coordination, and energy into fun games. Whether it's part of our Little Gymnasts or Super Sports programs, every moment is about moving and growing.

Our Future Fit program is a complete workout designed just for kids. It goes beyond just being active to build gross motor skills, balance, body awareness, and problem-solving through movement. We are building wellness habits for the future.

Every movement builds motor skills. Activities like running, climbing, and crawling in our sessions help children develop fundamental strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination in a playful environment.

Look at the focus and determination! This little one is learning about confidence and control while trying out a new sport. Every attempt, successful or not, is a step toward building resilience.

Our instructors are right there on the floor with the children, guiding and encouraging them. Here, we are setting up a soft gymnastics mat, ensuring a safe and supportive space for them to practice their coordination and balance.

Even cleaning up is part of the learning process. This little champion is helping carry a bag of soccer balls, an activity that builds responsibility and physical strength at the same time.

Even our festival celebrations are active! During Navratri, the kids don't just dance; they keep moving, building stamina, strength, and balance, just like they do in our Super Sports and Little Gymnasts classes.

About Super Sports in Action

We do not believe in boring drills or high-pressure competition. Our sessions rotate through 10+ sports like football, cricket, and tennis, giving your child the chance to try everything without the stress of winning or losing. Every class is small-group and coach-led, focusing on agility and balance to build the physical foundation your 2-8 year old needs before they ever pick a favorite sport.
