High-Intensity On-Court Technical Drills
I don’t believe in just playing; I believe in training. Get ready for high-intensity, multi-shuttle drills designed to fix your footwork, sharpen your reaction time, and build real consistency.
This is the core of my training philosophy: high-repetition, high-energy multi-shuttle drills. I am constantly feeding shuttles to improve player reaction time, stamina, and shot consistency.
Perfecting the jump smash requires power, timing, and technique. In this drill, I guide an advanced player through the motions to ensure explosive and accurate execution on the court.
This is a typical rally drill during one of our evening sessions. I focus on developing consistent shot placement and court movement to prepare players for real match situations.
As a coach, I lead by example. Here I am demonstrating the correct footwork and racket preparation for a net shot, a crucial skill for controlling the front of the court.
This is a multi-shuttle training session specifically for my U-9 players. I use these drills to rapidly develop their hand-eye coordination and basic shot-making abilities from all corners of the court.
Here, I am running a multi-shuttle drill focusing on net play and defense. The goal is to make quick reactions and precise shots second nature for my players.
A coach-led drill where I feed shuttles to work on a player's net kill and defensive lifts. This kind of targeted practice is essential for building a complete skill set.
About this collection
These drills aren't for the faint of heart. Whether it’s multi-shuttle feeding to sharpen your reflexes or focused net-play sequences, every rally I run is about building muscle memory. We track your movement patterns closely, correcting your grip or stance the second you falter, ensuring you’re not just hitting the shuttle but hitting it with purpose.
Why My Drilling Matters
Most players just rally back and forth without a goal. At my academy in Ashok Vihar, we do the opposite. When I am on court with you, the focus is entirely on efficiency. I feed a high volume of shuttles at specific targets, forcing you to move faster and react instinctively.
The Core Techniques We Master
- Multi-Shuttle Feeding: This is how we build stamina and reaction time. I send rapid-fire shuttles to the corners, the net, and the mid-court so your body learns to cover the court without thinking.
- Footwork Patterns: You cannot have good shots with bad feet. We drill chasses and lunges until your court movement becomes automatic. If you are slow to the shuttle, you lose the point before you even swing.
- Shot Precision: From backcourt clears to delicate net kills, I break down the mechanics of your swing. We don't move on until your technique is repeatable under pressure.
Training Environment
We train on four professional-grade courts. It is a high-ceiling facility, so you get the true flight trajectory of the shuttle. Whether you are prepping for U-11 tournaments or just need to fix your backhand, this is where you put in the hours to become a real player. It is not about how long you stand on the court; it is about how hard you work while you are there.
