About Pro-Level Training Drills
We don't do theory classes. In these drill sessions, you will be doing high-frequency multi-shuttle feeds to build muscle memory, followed by specific agility routines to improve your court coverage. If you are serious about fixing your footwork, correcting your swing mechanics, or increasing your smash consistency, this is the environment you need.
How Our Training Works
We keep the focus on what happens on the court. Our sessions are built around repetitive, high-impact drills designed to simulate match conditions.
- Multi-Shuttle Feeds: This is the core of our training. You will receive a high volume of shuttles to work on specific shots—drops, drives, or smashes—until the movement becomes automatic.
- Agility & Footwork: Badminton is played with your feet. We incorporate ladder drills, shuttle runs, and shadow play to ensure you reach the shuttle early and maintain your balance for the return.
- Technical Corrections: Our coaches identify where you are losing energy or power. We break down your grip, rotation, and follow-through to make your game more efficient.
Requirements for Training
This is a serious space for improvement.
- Footwear: You must wear non-marking badminton shoes. No exceptions, as these protect our synthetic mats and prevent injury.
- Equipment: Please bring your own racket. We provide the shuttles during formal drill sessions.
- Level: While we have batches for all levels, these specific drill sessions are best suited for players who already have a basic understanding of court movement and are looking to level up their performance.
We operate out of both our Pitampura and Janakpuri centers, providing the same professional-grade wooden and synthetic court environment at both locations. If you are here to work hard and improve, you will fit right in.
