We started this journey in Bangalore to fill a gap—the need for real, soulful food that tastes like it came from home. Whether you want the delicate steam of a Bhetki Paturi wrapped in banana leaves or the smoky crunch of fresh tandoor rotis, our team treats your event as our own.

Our Culinary Approach We don't believe in one-size-fits-all menus. We split our expertise into two main pillars:

  • Banglar Swaad: Our Bengali menu focuses on the classics—Mutton Kosha, Kolkata-style biryani (yes, with the aloo), and authentic sweets like Sandesh and hot Rosogolla.
  • North Indian Delights: Led by our Garhwali head chef, we bring robust flavors like Butter Chicken, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, and live chaat and jalebi stations that keep the energy high.

Why We Focus on Live Counters Food is a performance. We set up live tandoor and chaat counters because we want your guests to see the preparation. The smell of fresh tikkas on the grill adds a layer of excitement that a pre-plated buffet just cannot replicate. We bring our own display stands and decor, ensuring the visual presentation matches the quality of the meal.
