About Live Food Stations
We make food a real part of the celebration. At Elaz Rannaghor, I’m all about giving guests that “dekho, banacche!” (look, they’re making it!) feeling with our live food stations - not just eating, but enjoying the whole process.
Hot & Fresh, Always
I don’t believe in serving cold or pre-made tikkas. You’ll see our clay tandoor fired up at your venue, so every tikka or roti is grilled fresh. The difference? Juicy bites, smoky aroma, and guests loving every second - that’s what a fresh tandoor station is for.
Variety That Matches Your Event
- Paneer Malai Tikka, Chicken Tikka, and more, straight from the live tandoor
- Chaat & street food stations - think Dahi Bhalla, crispy corn, Vada Pav, Bengali Bhetki Fish Fry, and festival specials like Thandai or garam pakode (hot fritters)
- Live chaat station that brings bazar vibes to any party
- On-site dessert making, especially our jalebi-rabri counter - people queue up just for the smell
The Joy Factor
Watching chefs cook, customizing your plate, the sizzle and aroma - it’s not just food, it’s “anondo” (joy). We set up elegant displays to blend with your theme, so the counters look as good as the food tastes.
What You Can Expect
- A chef-led team with years of experience
- Strict hygiene and smooth setup, planned with you on-site
- Honest cooking, no shortcuts
- Your feedback? That’s our real payment. Apnara ja bolben, shetai amader anondo (What you say, that’s our joy).

My Story
We are Elaz Rannaghor. Bangalore te thaki, but our soul is hooked on Kolkata'r khabar. This whole thing started with a crazy craving for that real Bengali taste - Durga Pujo, family adda, all of it. Ranna (cooking) became our life. Amra shudhu caterer noi (we’re not just caterers), we’re storytellers. Every dish, like Kolkata-style biryani with aloo, has a story. Seeing people smile and say 'khub bhalo hoyeche' - that’s our joy, our 'anondo' (happiness).
