This project is the perfect example of how a layout shift changes everything. We didn't just replace old cabinets; we moved the utility door to fix a bottleneck that was ruining the workflow. When you're planning a renovation, these structural fixes are just as important as the finishes, and I make sure we solve them before a single tile is laid.

It all starts with a vision. This is a 3D rendering I created for a client's bedroom, showing the proposed design with a custom bed, a unique chandelier, and a wardrobe with geometric-patterned sliding doors.28

This bold blue kitchen is a favorite. The U-shaped layout provides ample counter space, while the white countertops and backsplash keep the look fresh and bright. The wooden bar stool adds a touch of natural warmth.
A closer look at the functional side of the blue kitchen. We integrated the oven and microwave into a tall unit for a seamless look and ergonomic use. The slim brass handles add a touch of elegance to the shaker-style cabinets.
We turned a narrow passage into a stylish and functional bar counter and breakfast nook. This area features a wine cooler, extra storage, and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Every project starts with a bare carcass. This was the living room of our 'House in the Hills' project, a blank canvas with endless potential. Seeing a space like this is where the vision begins.25
From a bare wall to a detailed plan. This 3D render shows how I visualized the TV unit, fluted panels, and the traditional mandir for the 'House in the Hills' project. This step ensures every detail is perfect before we start building.
This is the not-so-glamorous but magical part of my job. On-site days are filled with dust and chaos, but it's where sketches and renders become reality. I personally manage the teams to ensure every detail is executed perfectly.
And here is the final result. The vision from the 3D render is now a tangible, beautiful living space. This is the satisfying final step of my complete design and build process, where a house truly becomes a home.
