- Vehicle: Signature orange truck deployed to venue (requires space equivalent to 2 car parking slots).
- Team: 3 members including Head Chef, Assistant Chef, and Window Service Manager.
- Timing: 3 hours of active service plus 1 hour prior for setup.
- Requirements: Client to provide 16Amp power socket; basic waste bins provided near truck.
Menu Configuration
- Mains (Select 2): Options include Grilled Chicken/Mutton/Veg Burgers, Chicken/Veg Hot Dogs, or Kebab Rolls.
- Sides (Select 2): Loaded Fries with cheese/peri-peri or Nachos Supreme with salsa and sour cream.
- Beverage (Select 1): Fresh Lemonade, Iced Tea, or Soft Drinks.
Service & Presentation
- Disposables: Checkered greaseproof paper, paper boats, and wooden cutlery.

This is the core menu, but if your crowd wants something different - maybe a twist with pan-Asian, Italian, or Continental - I can switch things up. Custom food truck menu? Bilkul possible (totally possible).

My Story
Hey, we’re The Caterfix. Started off with a food truck called Eggjactly back in 2014, just me, a bunch of eggs, and a big dream. Folks loved it, so we went brick-and-mortar with Wok & Waffle in Nirvana Courtyard. Then realized, yaar, people want chill parties, not just food delivery. So now, we handle everything—food, bar, decor, you name it—for your parties. Nothing beats seeing guests actually enjoy, not stress.
