Creative Crafting & Process Art

byEarthlings Early YearsCenter at RMV 2nd Stage, BengaluruView full gallery

We trade perfection for play. Here, art is about getting messy, exploring textures, and discovering that a simple fork or a fallen leaf can be a tool for a masterpiece.

This proud artist is showing off her "Night Vision" creation. This scratch art activity simulates how nocturnal animals see in the dark and is a fun way to explore color, texture, and jungle themes.

Who knew a fork could be a paintbrush? This fork print owl activity is great for developing motor control and creating wonderful, feathery textures. Each child's owl has its own unique personality!

Sssss-so much fun! We use stamping, coloring, and cutting to create these vibrant snakes. This process art project allows for endless creativity with patterns and colors, inspired by our jungle theme.

We built our own underwater worlds! Using dough, pasta, and recycled materials, children create their own vibrant coral reefs. This small world play activity is a great way to learn about ocean life.

Look at this beautiful paper plate jellyfish! This craft combines painting and threading to create a whimsical sea creature, helping children develop fine motor skills while learning about marine animals.

A happy home for a handmade bird. This activity combines two of our favorite nature crafts: building a nest from assorted materials and making a paper plate bird to live in it.

Every child is royalty with their own nature crown. We use paper, paint, and treasures from the garden like flowers and leaves to create these beautiful, one-of-a-kind crowns for pretend play.

About this collection

Forget Pinterest-perfect crafts that end up in the bin. Our sessions are about letting your child take the lead with non-toxic paints, foraged twigs, and recycled materials. We handle the messy cleanup while your child explores how a fork creates feathery owl textures or how ice cubes leave tracks on paper, building real creative confidence instead of just following instructions.

Why Process Over Product?

When kids focus on the how rather than the what, they learn to experiment and problem-solve. At Earthlings, we might turn a paper plate into a jellyfish, but the magic happens in the painting, threading, and exploring how ribbons move. Whether it is scratch art that mimics nocturnal animal vision or making nature crowns with garden treasures, the goal is discovery.

What We Do

Our activities are designed for children aged 2 to 10. We move away from coloring books and stiff drills. Instead, we use:

  • Sensory Tools: Forks, sponges, and nature-found items like leaves and twigs.
  • Open-Ended Materials: Recycled cardboard, non-toxic paints, and dough.
  • Science-Infused Art: Learning about coral reefs through play or mimicking night vision with scratch art.

We keep groups small to ensure every child gets the space to explore. And the best part for you? Our staff manages all the cleanup—paint, mud, and glue—so you get all the creative memories without the messy house.
