Shito-ryu & Competitive Training

We focus on the Shito-ryu school of karate. This means your training will be a structured mix of:

• Kihon (Basics): Developing the foundation of every movement.
• Kata (Forms): Perfecting balance, power, and precision through solo sets.
• Kumite (Sparring): Technical combat practice where technique meets reality.

We don't just teach moves; we train for agility and strength. Every session includes 15-20 minutes of conditioning—push-ups, squats, and speed drills with hurdles—to ensure you are physically ready for whatever the mat demands.
