You will not just stand and punch here. My training sessions prioritize the engine behind your movements. We use specific plastic hurdle drills, resistance bands for kicks, and heavy bag work to build the explosive stamina needed for real competition. It is hard work, but if you want to compete or defend yourself effectively, this is the reality of the grind.

Karate is not just about the moves you know, it is about having the physical capacity to execute them under pressure. Whether you are prepping for a Kumite match or simply want to improve your overall fitness, this conditioning program is the backbone of our academy.

The Science of the Grind

We follow the Shito-ryu style, which demands precision and speed. My sessions are structured to break down the physical barriers that hold students back. We dedicate 15 to 20 minutes every class to high-intensity bodyweight strength exercises, including push-ups, squats, and core-focused crunches.

What to Expect

  • Explosive Power: We use resistance bands for kicking drills. This helps you build the snap and speed required for high-level sparring.
  • Agility Drills: From plastic hurdle jumps to complex footwork patterns with cones, these exercises improve your reflexes and coordination.

We train out of locations including Mayur Vihar and Greater Noida, ensuring that students across the region have access to serious, competition-grade conditioning.
