About Our Sangha: Experiences from the Community
Joining our sangha means stepping into a space that feels deeply alive. Beyond the core Hatha Yoga workshops, we gather regularly for events like Devi Abhishekam and Mauni Amavasya pujas. It is a shared journey where you can deepen your daily sadhana, find discipline in group practice, and feel the quiet support of a community that understands the transformation this path brings.
What Defines Our Sangha
Dwijas was founded on the wish to share true Classical Hatha Yoga as structured by Sadhguru. When you enter our East Delhi studio, you are not just walking into an exercise space. The hall is consecrated, energized by the presence of Sadhguru Sannidhi and the Devi Avigna Yantra. This environment is intentionally designed to support your inward journey, making the atmosphere conductive to stillness and devotion.
Being Part of the Community
Our sangha is inclusive, welcoming anyone over 14 who is open to the process. You do not need to be a yoga expert to start. Once you complete a workshop, you become part of this ongoing community. We meet regularly for:
- Guided Group Sadhana: Practicing together creates a distinct energy that is often difficult to sustain alone at home.
- Sacred Gatherings: We celebrate days like Guru Purnima and Amavasya, offering a chance to step away from daily routines and reconnect.
- Support & Correction: You are never left to figure it out alone. Alumni have ongoing access to the teacher for posture corrections and practice queries to ensure you maintain the precision required for these powerful tools.
Why Practice in a Group?
While yoga is an individual process, the presence of a sangha provides a structural support system. When you practice in a group, the collective intensity helps you go beyond your usual limitations. It is about balancing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life in a consecrated space that holds the energy long after the session ends. Whether you are coming for Surya Kriya or Angamardana, you are entering a family that is walking the same path.
