Our Path at Dwijas: A Journey into Classical Hatha Yoga
Dwijas is more than a studio; it is a space born from personal devotion. Here is a glimpse into the moments, the community, and the practice that brought these ancient teachings to East Delhi.
A short video reflecting on my journey. The childhood dream was to make a difference, and becoming a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher is the fulfillment of that longing.
A compilation of moments from our center, from intense sadhana to joyful dance. It is a reminder that we are already in heaven, if only we have the eyes to see it.
About Additional Work
What you see here is the culmination of a long personal journey, one that shifted from a simple childhood dream to the reality of offering these tools right here in Anand Vihar. Teaching Classical Hatha Yoga is not a job for me; it is a way to share the stability and depth that these practices brought into my own life, inside a space that has been carefully consecrated to help you find your own stillness.
When I first started this path, my only thought was to make a difference in people's lives, in the way a doctor might help someone heal. Over time, that longing evolved into the desire to offer Classical Hatha Yoga as structured by Sadhguru. At Dwijas, we do not just stretch our bodies; we align our systems.
The Dwijas Sangha
This is a community, a Sangha, of people who are serious about their inner growth. Whether you are coming in for a Surya Kriya session or joining us for a longer Yogasanas workshop, you will find others here who are walking the same path. We practice together, we celebrate on sacred days, and we support each other during the tougher days of practice. Discipline is easier when you are part of a group that understands the value of the process.
Why the Space Matters
Our studio in East Delhi is not a standard fitness center. The space is consecrated, energized by the presence of Sadhguru Sannidhi and the Devi Avigna Yantra. Many participants tell me that the air feels different the moment they walk in. This atmosphere is intentional. It is designed to minimize distractions and help your system open up so that the practices, whether they are intense like Angamardana or subtle like Bhuta Shuddhi, can work as they are intended to.
If you have been looking for a place to ground your practice or if you are ready to learn these powerful processes, you are welcome here. There is no need for a high fitness level or prior experience, just a willingness to learn and the openness to let the process happen.
