Whether you are prepping for our studio showcase, 'Kalaakriti,' or just looking for a mindful hobby, you will get technique correction from instructors who make the classical form feel accessible and fun.

Many people think classical dance requires years of childhood training, but we see adults starting in their 30s and 40s and finding their rhythm. Our studio in Hebbal is built for learning, featuring professional sprung wooden floors to support your joints during intricate footwork and floor work. We focus on technique, but we also emphasize the joy of movement.
Our Approach
Our courses move beyond just steps. We cover the history and theory of the form, ensuring you understand the 'why' behind every gesture.
- Foundation First: We begin with basic stances, mudras, and footwork patterns. You do not need prior experience.
- Semi-Classical Fusion: If you want something faster-paced, our workshops blend traditional Kathak elements with contemporary and Bollywood tracks. It is a great way to improve your fluidity and expression.
- Performance Ready: We believe exposure builds confidence. That is why we host 'Kalaakriti,' our quarterly showcase. It gives you a safe stage to perform what you have practiced, helping you overcome stage fright and track your progress.
What You Need
You just need to show up. We provide guidance on selecting your first set of ghungroos (bells) and hip scarves. Sessions are capped in size, so you always get attention from our instructors to correct your posture or alignment. If you are curious but not ready to sign up for a full module, drop in for one of our weekend semi-classical workshops to feel the vibe.
