About Indian Classical & Semi-Classical Dance

When you practice here, the first thing you will notice is the wooden laminate flooring. It is designed to provide the right grip for barefoot Bharatanatyam and Kathak without being harsh on your feet during long practice hours. We have kept the space open with wall-to-wall mirrors, which is crucial for checking your posture and hand gestures (mudras) as you progress through your adavus or spins.
