About Contemporary & Lyrical Choreography
We spend the first part of each class working on posture and weight transitions, which helps with the fluidity needed for contemporary pieces. By the time we start learning the choreography, you will have a better sense of how to use your reach and breath, making it much easier to express the music rather than just following steps.
