We do not just hit shuttles; our NIS certified coaches feed them from elevated platforms or mid-court to force you into correct footwork and recovery. Whether you are correcting a smash grip or practicing net-taps, expect high-repetition sets that turn conscious thought into muscle memory.
This is where the real work happens. You might have seen us on the court in the videos, but being in the middle of a multi-shuttle set is a different experience. We focus on high-repetition feeding to help you master specific shots without needing to rely on a partner. If you are struggling with your smash angle, we will keep feeding you at that specific point until your technique stabilizes. We also incorporate movement drills, like the front-and-back corner patterns you see in our clips, to ensure you are not just hitting a good shot, but hitting it while you are tired. It is all about consistency under pressure. Whether you are a junior learning to clear or an adult player aiming to sharpen your defense for tournaments, these sessions provide the volume you need to level up. We operate at our facilities in Pitampura and Janakpuri, focusing on technical correction, grip adjustment, and court endurance.
