Dimensions & Fabric: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft backdrop created using pleated fabrics in festive colors like Hot Pink, Orange, or Yellow.
Hardware: Mounted on an adjustable pipe-and-drape stand to avoid wall drilling.
Lighting: Warm white LED fairy light strings integrated behind fabric layers.

Floral & Decor

Fresh Flowers: 20-30 vertical strings or scalloped arrangements of fresh yellow and orange Marigold (Genda phool).
Volume Fillers: Artificial green vines or mixed-flower bunches added to the upper arch.
Signage: Rental of one standard neon sign (Options: Mehndi, Haldi, Bride to Be, Better Together).

Seating & Props

Furniture: One traditional 2-seater low wooden bench or sofa with ethnic-print cushion covers.
Staging: Generic rug/carpet for the seating area.
Props: 2-3 decorative items such as Rajasthani umbrellas, brass urlis with petals, or small lanterns.

Logistics

Staff: Setup and dismantling by a team of 2-3 workers.
Transport: Includes transport of heavy furniture and pipes.

Premium Shimmer & Balloon Wall Setup

Shimmer Backdrop

Wall Structure: 6ft x 6ft or 7ft x 7ft rental wall composed of moving sequin tiles (Gold, Silver, or Black).
Signage: One LED Neon sign (e.g., Just Engaged, Bride to Be) mounted centrally on the sequins.

Balloon Decor

Arrangement: L-shaped or semi-arch organic garland bordering the backdrop.
Quantity & Type: Approx. 300-400 balloons including 'Chrome' (high-shine metallic finish) and Pastel latex balloons.
Foil Accents: 2-3 themed foil balloons (Diamond Ring, Bottle, or Stars) integrated into the arch.

Cake Area & Lighting

Display: 1 to 3 cylindrical pedestals (White or Gold) for cake or gift placement.
Floor Decor: Loose air-filled balloons scattered on the floor.
Uplighting: 1-2 LED par cans directed at the wall to enhance the sparkle effect.

Ceiling Decor: 40-60 Red Latex balloons with long dangling ribbons attached using removable soft tape.
