About Engagement & Other Celebrations
When you pick a backdrop for your engagement or baby shower, check your available wall space first. Our circular ring frames stand 6ft tall, so we need a clear 8x8ft area to get that perfect look. If you are working with a smaller room, let us know beforehand, and we can adjust the setup with a custom balloon wall or a tighter arch arrangement instead.
We handle the logistics so you can focus on the celebration. For engagement parties and baby showers, we typically use a mix of organic balloon garlands, neon signage, and shimmer backdrops.
What goes into your setup:
- Backdrops: We provide rental 6ft circular metal frames or U-shaped arches. These are dressed up with organic-style balloon garlands containing 150-200 balloons.
- Theming: You pick the vibe. Whether it's classic Black and Gold, soft Pastel Pinks, or Rose Gold, we color-match the balloons to your event's theme.
- Props & Lighting: We include neon 'Oh Baby' or 'Better Together' signs and foil balloons (like giant champagne bottles or rings) to add character.
- Execution: Our team handles the setup and next-day cleanup. Installation generally takes about 2.5 hours.
Since we work in homes and banquet halls across Delhi NCR, we are very familiar with handling tight spaces. If you have a specific color palette or a favorite photo you saw online, share it with us. We can replicate the style and tweak the balloon density to fit your specific room size perfectly.
