I started Dr. Diet because I was tired of hostel food that left me feeling lazy. Here is how I turned boring diet food into meals I actually look forward to eating.

Healthy doesn't mean boring. I made it my mission to add flavour back into diet food by making healthy versions of Indian favourites like Palak Paneer and Butter Chicken. We started with call-in orders and grew because people needed a tasty, healthy option.

That frustration led to Dr. Diet. I started in my own kitchen, and soon, friends were knocking on my door asking what I was making. We took that same logic—that healthy food should not be a punishment—and built a system around it.

My team now delivers thousands of meals across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, and beyond. We focus on macro-counting so you hit your specific goals, whether you are trying to lean out or build muscle.
