About The Art of Bharatanatyam

In our Bharatanatyam batches, we focus heavily on the technical foundations, specifically Aramandi (the half-sit position) and clear Adavus (basic steps) from day one. You won't just memorize routines; we spend significant time on posture corrections and understanding the tala (rhythm), ensuring your movements have precision, grace, and strength, rather than just speed.
