When you order from my kitchen, you are not getting food that sat in a freezer. Take my white sauce pasta for example. I prepare the sauce completely from scratch using fresh ingredients, never using pre-made packets or canned mixes. Whether it is a small family gathering or a bulk order for 200 people, the attention to detail remains the same because I treat every box as if it were for my own kids at home.
How We Cook, Pack, and Deliver
I started Diviskitchen because I wanted people to host parties without living in the kitchen. My philosophy is simple. If I would not serve it to my own family, it does not leave my kitchen.
The Ingredients Matter
You will find absolutely no dalda or chemical preservatives in my food. I believe that good food is about the right ingredients, not additives. My pizza bases, burger patties, and even the pasta sauces are made from scratch.
Handling Bulk Orders with Care
I have handled catering orders of over 200 boxes for community events and charity drives in areas like Whitefield and Horamavu. When you see the images of my team packing meal trays, you are seeing a process refined to ensure consistency. Each tray is leak-resistant, and I ensure that bread items are packed in separate foil pouches so they do not get soggy by the time they reach your guests.
Customization is Key
Every party is different. I don't believe in rigid menus. If you need a specific type of meal box for a kids birthday party, or a more traditional South Indian spread for a house pooja, we can work on that. You get to decide the components, and I handle the logistics. My goal is to ensure you enjoy your own event rather than worrying about the menu.
