Whether you want to master Hindustani ragas or find your voice in Western pop, our paths are designed to give you clarity and confidence. No guesswork, just clear progression from day one.

This is a look into our Beginner Western Vocals curriculum. We cover everything from the fundamentals of posture and breathing in Level 1 to developing tone, pitch, and control in Level 2.

A journey through the 'Gharanas' of Indian Classical Music. Understanding these distinct traditions, like the Kirana Gharana's focus on 'swar', provides deep insight into the art form we teach.

Here are some interesting facts about Indian classical music. Its origins, the core elements of 'raga' and 'tala', and the tradition of passing knowledge from teacher to student are all part of what you learn here.

About Our Curriculum: Structured Learning Paths

Learning an instrument or singing shouldn't feel like a shot in the dark. We’ve broken down our curriculum into clear, manageable levels because we want you to track your own progress—not just practice aimlessly. Whether you’re diving into the complexities of the Kirana Gharana or working on your stage presence for pop vocals, you’ll always know exactly what you’re working toward and why it matters for your growth.

We’ve moved away from the 'copy-paste' method of teaching. At Dey'z Music, our curriculum is designed to give you a roadmap.

Western Vocals

Our 12-week core curriculum takes you from the basics of diaphragmatic breathing and vocal hygiene in Level 1, to resonance and diction in Level 2, and finally, performance technique and improvisation in Level 3. It's about building a solid foundation so you can eventually sing with your own unique style.

Hindustani Classical

This is where heritage meets modern training. We don't just teach you songs; we explore the Gharanas. Understanding the precision of the Kirana Gharana or the rhythmic complexity of the Jaipur-Atrauli tradition gives you more than just a song—it gives you a language.

The 'Why' Behind the Training

Many students ask if they need to follow a structure. The answer is yes, if you want to actually improve. Without a plan, you're just singing; with a curriculum, you're building a craft. Whether you are in Goregaon, Powai, or logging in online, our sessions follow these structured paths to ensure you see results, whether it’s for Trinity or Rockschool exams or just for your own joy.

I'm Arnab, and I started Dey'z Music because I believe everyone has an artist inside waiting to come out. I’ve been drumming for over 20 years and playing with bands, but teaching is where I really find my joy. We keep things real here—no boring rote learning, just music as a way to express yourself.
