About The 3-Minute Magic: How It Works
The secret is in the freeze-drying. We remove the moisture, not the nutrition. When you're ready to eat, simply tear open the pack, remove the oxygen absorber, and pour 175-185ml of boiling water. Cover it, wait exactly three minutes, and stir. It’s not just rehydrated food; it’s a full meal that swells to 300g, perfect for tight flight layovers or late-night study sessions in a dorm room.
More Than Just Instant Noodles
Many people confuse freeze-drying with dehydration, but they are completely different. Dehydration uses high heat, which kills taste and texture. Our freeze-drying process locks in the original structure, color, and flavor of the ingredients. That is why your Dal Makhani or Paneer Butter Masala tastes like it came straight from a kitchen, not a factory.
Why the 3-Minute Wait Matters
- The Prep: Empty your packet into a bowl. Crucial: Do not forget to remove the oxygen absorber pouch before adding water.
- The Hydration: Add exactly 175-185ml of boiling water. This ratio is tested to bring the meal back to its original consistency.
- The Activation: Cover the bowl with a lid or plate to trap the heat. Letting it sit for three minutes is not just about temperature; it’s about giving the food time to fully absorb the water and regain its freshness.
Ingredients You Can Trust
I am very picky about what goes into these packs. We use only sunflower oil and Amul butter. There is zero palm oil, zero preservatives, and zero artificial chemicals. Whether you are ordering our Jain-friendly options or our regular menu, you get the same 100% natural, hygienic food. This is the same food I would feed my own family, so you don't have to worry about quality when you're thousands of miles away from home.

Hi, I’m Sheetal. I started this in 2015 because as a Jain and former air hostess, I was tired of living on snacks while traveling. I wanted home-style food that was actually easy to carry, so I created these freeze-dried meals that taste like home, no matter where you are.
