Why I Started
Travelling as a vegetarian, especially Jain, used to be a headache. Instant noodles and thepla-athaanu were my go-to, but honestly, bahut takleef hoti thi (it was tough). I wanted to make sure nobody has to compromise on their food while away from home.
How It Works
You bring your favourite home-cooked meals or restaurant dishes. I freeze-dry them - paani nikaal dete hain (remove the water) - and pack them in travel-friendly packets. No preservatives, no chemicals, just your food, ready to go. To eat, just add hot water, wait a few minutes, and bas, khana tayyar (food is ready).
