About From Our Kitchen to Yours: Behind the Scenes
Our process requires careful planning. If you want us to freeze-dry your personal recipes, please send the food to our Malad facility at least 15 days before your departure. This lead time is essential because our sublimation process is precise. We remove 97% of the moisture to ensure your meals remain shelf-stable for 6 to 9 months without any chemicals or preservatives.
When you bring your home-cooked meals to us, we don't just pack them. We use industrial freeze-drying technology to sublimate the moisture out of the food. This means your Dal, Paneer, or Biryani retains its original structure, nutrition, and taste, but becomes incredibly lightweight.
Why the process matters
- Safety: By removing almost all water, we eliminate the environment where germs grow. No water means no bacteria, keeping the food safe for children, pregnant women, and travelers with strict dietary needs like Jain food.
- Quality Ingredients: We are strict about what goes into our packets. We use only sunflower oil and Amul butter. You will never find palm oil or artificial preservatives in our batches.

Our Facility
Based in Malad West, Mumbai, our facility handles everything from custom batch processing for individual families to bulk orders for students moving abroad. We are transparent about our capacity. When we say it is a 'full house', we mean it. We prioritize quality over speed, which is why we ask for advance notice for custom drying slots.
