About Bring Your Own Food: Our Custom Freeze-Drying Service
When I freeze-dry your meal, I remove 95% to 97% of the water content while keeping the original flavor and nutrition intact. You do not need a microwave or stove; just pour boiling water into the packet, wait three minutes, and your meal is ready. It stays fresh for 6 to 9 months at room temperature, and because I do not use preservatives or palm oil, it is safe for everyone from kids to seniors.
How It Works
Bring your wet food to my facility in Malad, Mumbai. I handle the entire sublimation process, which turns your cooked meals into lightweight, travel-ready packs. This method ensures that even if you are carrying 3kg of dal, it will weigh less than 500g once processed, saving you massive amounts of suitcase space.

- Safety First: I use 3-layer metallized food-grade pouches and include oxygen absorbers in every pack. Our seals are tested to withstand flight cabin pressure changes, so you do not have to worry about leaks in your luggage.
