About How It Works: Just Add Hot Water

It is not magic, it is science. I use a sublimation process that removes 95 to 97 percent of the water from your food without using high heat. Because I do not cook the food again during the drying phase, the texture of the vegetables, the softness of the paneer, and the spice profile remain exactly as they were when I packed them. When you add hot water, the food just wakes up again.

Many people confuse dehydration with my freeze-drying process. Dehydration uses high heat, which destroys vitamins and turns your favorite Dal or Pav Bhaji into something else. My process operates under a vacuum at very low temperatures. This preserves the cell structure of the food. It is why a freeze-dried Paneer Tikka Masala feels like fresh curry when you add hot water, not like a packet of instant noodles.

The Preparation Process

  1. Your Food or Mine: You can choose from my ready-to-eat menu of over 25 dishes, or you can bring your own home-cooked meals to my facility in Malad West. I will process them for you.
  2. Sublimation: I spread the food on trays and load them into the machine. We extract moisture while the food remains frozen. This is why you get no chemicals or preservatives; the lack of water is what stops germs from growing.
  3. Vacuum Sealing: I use triple-layer food-grade pouches and insert oxygen absorbers. This keeps your meal shelf-stable for 6 to 9 months without a fridge.
