- Gypsum Ceiling: Peripheral or tray layout using Saint-Gobain (or equivalent) boards with GI framing.
- Lights: Installation of 12-15 standard COB downlights (Philips/Wipro) and LED strip cove lighting.
- Fixtures: Includes one central modern chandelier or pendant light for the dining area (Budget allocation approx. ₹8,000).
Wall Treatments
- Paint: Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or Dulux Velvet) for all walls and ceilings.
- Feature Wall: One accent wall treated with texture paint, geometric wallpaper, or simple painted wooden beading.
Woodwork (Laminate Finish)
- TV Unit: Up to 7ft width, made of HDHMR/MR Ply with 1mm glossy or matte laminate. Includes drawers with telescopic channels.
- Furniture Material: All custom units use branded standard hardware (Hettich/Ebco).
Loose Furniture
- Sofa Set: Custom 5-seater (3+2 or L-shape) with Marandi wood frame and 32-density foam. Fabric range ₹350-₹500/meter.
- Dining Set: 6-seater with solid Rubberwood/Sheesham base and toughened glass or veneer top. Includes upholstered chairs.
- Coffee Table: Central nesting or coffee table with laminate or glass top.
Decor
- Curtains: 2 layers (Sheer + Main) for up to 2 windows/doors using polyester-blend fabrics.
- Rug: One 5x7 ft machine-tufted area rug.

- Designer Ceiling: Complex layouts with wooden rafters, texture laminates, or multi-level trays.
